Advancing Your Leadership Journey
Leadership is never easy and leading through trying times creates new stressors. In this 2nd tier of our leadership journey series, you’ll study ways to maintain personal wellness while promoting employee well-being and sustaining organizational growth. You will gain tools for staying calm and connected. This four-session series will give you the tools to promote motivation, build systems of support, transform your team and build your own resilience. (Pre-requisite for this course is completion of our “Starting Your Leadership Journey” five-part series.)

In the final course of our four-part series study ways to keep personal wellness as well as promote employees’ well-being and sustain organizational growth. Gain tools for staying calm and connected. Explore ways to take care of yourself while communicating empathy for employees and building the systems your organization needs.

Instructor
Dr. Martha Dubuque has over 40 years of experience as an educator. Her extensive background in educational leadership includes over a decade of work as a principal in local schools, for which she was recognized as a National Distinguished Principal in 2010. Dr. Dubuque has been a highly respected consultant and professional development facilitator in the Northeast Kingdom since 2000.
