Clubs and Activities

Get Involved!

Outside of academics, the Academy offers over 40 clubs and activities, student leadership opportunities including Student Government, Dorm Council, and National Honor Society, over 40 athletic teams, and many community service opportunities. Students plan and stage plays, participate in our off-season conditioning program for athletes, run meetings, volunteer in youth sports programs, and participate in the governance of the school as they try new things and explore undiscovered talents. In doing so, they develop organizational and leadership skills, community involvement, and personal growth that will be invaluable in their lives beyond the Academy.

Community Service

Student, faculty, and staff at the Academy strive to make a difference in their community. Many students participate in community service programs, some on a daily basis. Here are a few examples:

Walk for Hunger

Operation Creation

Sophomore Stewardship Day

National Honor Society

Community Lunches

Thanksgiving Food Drive
