White Day

November 14th is World Diabetes Day. In honor of this, Reghan Greenwood has set up a Variety Day for tomorrow.  Please bring in at least $1 as a donation to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in support of helping to find a cure for diabetes. You are encouraged to wear blue, as it is the official diabetes awareness month color.

Juniors and Seniors — the Vermont Army National Guard will be on campus at 9am today. Be sure to check in with your teacher before attending.

Student Government will meet tomorrow right after school in Fuller Basement. All newly elected Class of 2028 representatives should plan to attend. Contact Mr. Ryan about any issues.

Thank you to everyone who signed up to donate for the Blood Drive tomorrow. Please do the following to be prepared for your appointment tomorrow. 1. Get a good night’s sleep. 2. Stay hydrated — drink lots of water. 3. Eat healthy meals — avoid foods high in fat. 4. Get your ID cards ready: Bring your license to your appointment; if you have a blood donor card, bring that too.  See you tomorrow!

Student Diversity Council meets today at 2:45 in Ranger 210. All are welcome.

The Spanish Club meets today after conference period in Newell 13 downstairs. Come to help make plans for the end of semester and for next semester. We have music and snacks!

Did you know gratitude can help in improving your quality of sleep along with improving energy? Saying something nice to at least one person a day can help them, and you feel good. Looking for other ways to practice gratitude? Come to the Inner Circle Club today at 3:30 in Tinker.

Happy Birthday today to Elana Kosmas, Collin Pelletier, Mattie Royer, Evan Taylor, and a special Happy Birthday to Miranda Rectenwald from her advisory, and to Maren Farr from her advisory!
