Class of 2025 — please check your stjlabs account for an important email from the Academic Office regarding this Friday’s SBAC testing.

 

All students who have signed up to take the spring SAT or PSAT 10 on April 13, please check your stjlabs emails for the bagged lunch form. This must be filled out no later than April 6. Please see Ms. Carr in the Guidance office with any questions.

 

Mamma Mia full cast is called today in the Blackbox at 3:30 for rehearsal.

 

Calling all college bound hilltoppers. Sterling College will be on campus tomorrow at 2 pm in Colby Conference Room. Be sure to sign up for their visits on Naviance and to view all details. If you are scheduled to be in class during the time of the visit, please check in with your teacher before coming to the college visit. You are also required to return to class after the completion of the visit and attendance is turned into the main office.

Congratulations to this month’s winners of the Chef B Random Act of Kindness: For the Seniors — the Rowe advisory; for the Juniors — the Bentley advisory; for the Sophomores — the Weiss advisory; and for the Freshmen — the Bourgeois advisory! Chef B will deliver your delicious goodies on Friday morning!

 

Tech Storm, SJA’s Robotics Club, will be meeting today in Streeter 230 starting at 3:45. Feel free to stop by to see the robot and learn how to build another.

 

On Saturday, the Academy’s Model United Nations Club traveled to Burlington for a conference at the Vermont Commons School. All of our participants served as model delegates, but a few in particular stood out and earned awards. On the Syrian Civil War committee, Eric Chen earned outstanding delegate. On the Watergate Crisis committee, Laura Ponoran was named outstanding delegate, and Payton Molleur was named best delegate. Congratulations to them and the entire Model UN club team!

 

Attention Spanish Club members — we will have our second Spanish Club meeting today at 3:30 in Professor Orozco’s classroom to plan the festival. Please be prompt.

 

SCOPE will meet tomorrow at 3:30 in Ranger 212. We’re looking for some fresh ideas to build and improve our local and global communities. New members are always welcome. See Mrs. Begin or Mrs. Morris for more information, or just stop by Ranger 212 tomorrow after Conference Period!
