The Colwell Scholars group is looking for new members. If you are a junior or a senior and are interested in international affairs and the wide world more generally, you should apply and become a member of this group. We meet with scholars and experts in their fields to learn about and to learn from their experiences. To apply, you can send an email to Mr. Ehrean asking for the application or you can attend an informational meeting right after school on Thursday in Ranger 115.
Introducing Investment Club! Working with the Passumpsic Bank, the club will blend hands-on portfolio simulation with critical life skills, all while helping students develop the financial acumen needed for adulthood. Interested? Come to Severance 24 today between 3:30pm-4:15pm to learn more!
Do you have an interest in exploring dance? Dance club introduces students to various dance styles, including Hip Hop, Jazz, Classical Chinese, and more. Students can draw inspiration through watching films such as “Dirty Dancing,” “West Side Story” or even the super-great Australian tap dance classic: Bootman!” Dance Club meets every Wednesday right after school in the Dance Studio, Morse 101. All are welcomed to join!
Need to unwind and shake off the Tuesday stress? Come hang out, meet new friends, and get creative with a fun art project! Art-it-Out will meet today at 3:30 in the dining hall. No art experience is necessary!

September is National Library Card Sign-up Month! Academy students can get a free library card from the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum by showing their student ID, which unlocks extra books, audiobooks, museum and state park passes, and more — plus a sweet treat at the Academy library if you bring your new card to the circulation desk!
It is never too soon to begin preparing for the SJA/LI football game halftime event. Dancers and non-dancers are all invited to participate with LI dancers and non-dancers in producing a spectacular half-time event. Rehearsals start September 12th at the LI Town House and run every Saturday right up to the Big Game, October 24th. There is a sign-up sheet on the Dance Studio door, Morse 101.
