Attention mountain bikers — check your email for information regarding the Vermont Youth Cycling scrimmage in Williston on Sunday, May 19th. This is a great opportunity to practice racing or to try it out if you have never raced before. See Mr. Dussault on the second floor of Colby Hall during conference period for more information.

Over the weekend, Yubo Zhang traveled to Chicago to compete in the MathCon Finals and medaled in the top 10 of all the 11th grade finalists at the competition! Congratulations Yubo!
At the Burlington Invitational on Saturday, Lola Ide led the girls with a victory in the high jump and 2nd place in the 200m. Emmett Johnson won the 800 and the 4×800 relay of Moses Andrews, Isaac Lenzini, Ari Leven and Nathaniel Bernier took first. Andrew Thornton-Sherman won the 300 hurdles with a new school record and anchored the winning of the 4×400 with Emmett, Oliver Johnson, and Daniel Carter to set a new meet record. Overall, the Hilltoppers placed 2nd out of 20 teams in co-ed scoring.
Varsity Softball beat South Burlington, 12-0. Hayden Wilkins had a homerun and 3 RBIs. Lily Garey Wright, Kaia Anderson, and Kyra Nelson all hit doubles in the game.
In a closely contested match, Middlebury Union High School defeated Boys Varsity Tennis, 4-3. Pablo Gutierrez Gonzalez, and Matthaus Goess secured victories in their respective matches.
