So, you thought that just because we started school on a Wednesday this week you could escape the joke of the week? Well, guess again! Mr. Camelio’s Joke of the Week: Last night my wife asked me if I’d seen the dog bowl. I said, “I didn’t know she could!” Thank you, Mrs. Libbey! Have a great Winter Carnival!

Happy Birthday today to Ashley Chen and Maggie Langlais, and a special Happy Birthday to Maren Nitsche from the Smith Advisory!

Over break, 8 students traveled to Boston to enact a simulation of the United States Government. This conference, Harvard Model Congress, drew 1300 students from across the country. Our students played the roles of several House and Senate members, and as members of the Media. In that last role, Sophomore Uma Chirkova took home the award for Best Delegate. All eight Hilltoppers should be commended for their hard work and dedication. They represented our most closely held values of Character, Inquiry, and Community. Congratulations are in order!

Attention Class of 2025, This is our opportunity to “Rickroll” the school! The Dance-Off is on! Come to the South Church basement this afternoon at 3:30 to practice our moves for the Winter Carnival Dance-Off competition. Bring your best footwork and a friend!
