Tomorrow (and every Friday) will be a Gear Day! As a reminder, this means that SJA gear must be visible on top, with dress code appropriate bottoms.

 

Congratulations to the newly elected Student Government Officers for this year…Vice President—Nathan Lenzini, Treasurer—Eric Chen, and Secretary—Rory Higgs. Remember if you have any ideas or suggestions, please see any of your Student Government Reps to bring these ideas and suggestions to the next meeting.

 

Calling all College Bound Hilltoppers! The following colleges have visits today: Lynn University at 1:30pm—Colby Conf. Room; and American University at 2pm—Colby Conf. Room. Be sure to sign up for their visits on Naviance and view all details. If you are scheduled to be in class during the time of the visit, please check in with your teacher before coming to the college visit.

 

The following colleges will have visits tomorrow: Illinois Institute of Technology and Johnson & Wales University – Providence. Be sure to visit Naviance to sign up for all college visits.

 

Virtual Reality Club will meet today in Streeter 210 from 3:30: 4:30. Come and explore tools to view and possibly create your own VR content and more. Email questions to Mrs. Macedonci at admira.macedonci@stjlabs.com.

 

Outing Club will offer lawn games on Stowe Green in front of the library today at 3:30. Come hone your skills or try something new.

 

Science Olympiad meets in Streeter 241 today after conference period from 3:30-4:30. Get your exploration on!  Email questions and regrets to Mr. Eckel.

 

What strange creatures stole the cookies before the Writers’ Block meeting in Ranger 110 last week? Will the heist happen again? Probably not. Bring your pens, paper, writing devices, and an appetite for a cookie today after school at 3:30. All are welcome. Please remember your permissions slips and $7 to secure your place on the October 7 writing retreat field trip.

JV/VARSITY VOLLEYBALL vs. RICE 4:30/6:00

 

Varsity Boys Golf competed against Essex in Middlebury. The team came in 2nd place with a score of 215.
