White Day

A reminder that the Vermont Supreme Court will be hearing oral arguments in the South Church this morning. Due to that, all classes that are scheduled for the South Church have been moved. All South Church study halls will take place in Fuller Basement, and Chef Hale’s classes will take place in Colby on the 3rd floor.

If you plan to attend the VT Supreme Court hearings in South Church, please be sure to leave your bags in your classrooms and not bring them with you. There will be no bags allowed on the front lawn of South Church during the hearings.

Student Government will meet today right after school in Fuller Basement.

Juniors and Seniors, Husson University and Merrimack College are on campus today for a visit. Please see Naviance or Mrs. LaBounty for details and to register. Be sure to check in with your teacher before attending.

FCA meets again this Friday! Join us every Friday from 7:10–7:40 AM on Court 3 in the Field House for food, games, and conversations about life and sports through the lens of the Christian faith. You don’t have to be a Christian or an athlete to join us. Just bring an interest in faith, sports, or both. Everyone is welcome! Come check it out this Friday!

Need to hone your comedic skills in preparation for the all-important Spirit Week skits? Providentially, yes, and – the Academy Improv Club – will be meeting Friday at 3:30 in the Mayo Lounge. Wait, what? The Mayo Lounge? Yes. The Mayo Lounge. See you there!

Soon it will be time to choose between Option #1 – Consistent and strong, yet sturdy or Option #2 – Hazardous. The choice is clear; Option #1 is Cardboard. Start saving it and stay tuned on where to bring it. Hilltoppers United for a Better Bonfire approves of this message.

Happy Birthday today to Eren Aksoy, Macie Burrington, Jamieson Maurice, and Eva Whitehead!

Ms. O’Brien’s US History and Capstone students should all report to Colby 309 during their scheduled class time.

A reminder that sweatshirts are not allowed at all during the school day, including during the passing period. Please be sure that you are not wearing a hooded or crewneck sweatshirt at any time during the school day. Sweatshirts and sweaters are different materials, so please make sure to ask if you don’t understand the difference.
