Today is the last day for school photos. If you have not had your photo taken for the yearbook, you must stop by Fuller Hall stage between 8:30 – 3:00pm today.
Juniors and Seniors, Endicott College and University of Maine, Farmington are on campus today for a visit. Please see Naviance or Mrs. LaBounty for details and to register. Be sure to check in with your teacher before attending.
The first Book Club Meeting of the season will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd at 5:30 PM! Our book will be A Streetcar Named Desire; copies are available for pickup at the Library Checkout Desk. We’ll have tea and cookies, so stop by to talk through your questions and opinions on Tennessee Williams’ best-known work.

As the weather gets cooler, we wanted to give some guidance about sweaters and the dress standards. A sweater is made from visibly knitted garment. Sweaters should be a solid color or have a dominant color with a repeating pattern. Traditional sweater patterns such as argyle, Fair Isle, stripes, and other repeating geometric patterns are appropriate.
Like other dress standard tops, sweaters should not have the following:
logos larger than 2 x 2 inches
repeating patterns exceeding 2 x 2 inches
singular graphics
This means that sweaters featuring large graphics, pictures, characters, objects, animals, or other novelty designs do not meet the standard.
Quarter-zip sweaters are permitted provided there is a dress standard top underneath.
Hilltopper Mountain biking raced at Proctor Academy in New Hampshire on Wednesday. In the JV girls race, Effie Dunn placed 6th. In the JV boys race, Henry Jolliffe placed 6th and Ignacio Montague 7th. In the 10-mile Varsity races, Merrik Williams placed 9th among boys, and Tillie Lange placed 2nd among girls. Congratulations to all participants!
The Boys Varsity Golf team took 14th out of 23 teams at the Newport Invitational on Thursday. Anders Daffinrud shot the low score on the team with an 80.
The JV Field Hockey team lost their game to U-32, 3-1. The team fought hard keeping the score tied 1-1 up until the last quarter. Nice job JV team!
Happy Birthday today to Ayla Brown, Effie Dunn, Brody Dussault, Felix Fortmann, Thomas Holcomb, Hailey Walsh, and Ryan Walsh! Happy birthday tomorrow to Amelia Evans and Lillian Moses, and on Sunday to Isaac Coates, Romina Rodriquez Mendez, and Scarlett Sorrell!
