White Day

Attention students and staff parked in the Field House lots—please exit using the Lower Barker Avenue or South Main gates today. We’re expecting heavier traffic because of a big event on campus. Campus Safety will be outside helping direct traffic. Thanks for your patience and cooperation.

In general, student drivers who park in the Field House should exit via the South Main exit and turn right onto South Main Street whenever possible, due to the traffic caused from the St. Johnsbury School release.

Attention Classes of 2027 and 2028! This is a friendly reminder that National Honor Society applications are due today. See Ms. Reed in Streeter 266 with any questions or concerns.

Reminder! Girls Lacrosse winter pickups start on Sunday at the Field House from 9:30-11:00. Open to experienced and new players. Hope to see you there!

The bowling team has a home match at Gold Crown Lanes this Saturday starting at 9am. Individual games will be followed by team match play. We hope you will come cheer the team on as they compete for the win over three other schools!

On Wednesday, the Nordic Team competed in a 6 km classic race hosted by Craftsbury Academy at The Craftsbury Outdoor Center. The new snow and 32 degree temperatures made kick-waxing a challenge! Highlights include: Senior Captain Anya Morriarty placed first, beating the field by 30 seconds! Sophomore Stella van der Linde placed 4th. The girls’ team placed first overall out of seven teams. On the boys’ side both Sam Martin and Linden van der Linde placed in the top ten. Overall, the boys team placed 4th. In the J.V. Boys’ race, both Griffin Knisley and Naozumi Kuramochi were in the top 10 in their first classic race! For J.V. Girls, Ace Irwin won and Stella Cuasack placed 4th.

In Wednesday’s game against Essex, Girls’ Ice Hockey won, 4-0. Maddison Colby had the shutout in net and Makiah Bollman scored a goal for the team.

Happy Birthday today to Ella Romero, Nia Mullings, Kira Radwich! Happy Birthday on Sunday to Earnest Hyde!
