2024 Hilltopper Boys’ SoCCer Camp

 

Join SJA Boys’ Varsity Soccer Coach Steve Levesque and an all-star camp staff consisting of experienced and dedicated coaches for an unbelievable soccer experience on the beautiful campus of St. Johnsbury Academy. 

 

We will be videotaping the 11 v 11 evening games to review and analyze systems of play and individual improvement. There will be team-building activities and campers will also have access to the Field House facilities including the pool and fitness center. 

 

Camp Curriculum: Team training, tactical awareness, creating a system/style of play, and understanding positional play. Attacking and defending principles, shooting and one-touch finishing in the box, individual technical skill work, small-sided games with a theme focused on shooting and finishing, passing and receiving with emphasis on possession, and transitional defending. Goalkeeper training. Evening League 11 v 11 camp games.

 

Dates: Monday, July 29- Thursday, August 1

 

Who: Rising 8th-12th grade boys 

 

Registration and Room Checkin: Monday, July 29, from 10:00-11:00 a.m.

 

Extended Day Times: 8:30 a.m.-8:15 p.m. (lunch and dinner included) 

 

Departure and Room Checkout: Thursday, August 1, 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  

 

Camp Cost: 

Overnight (individual) – $550.00

Team Rate (6 or more athletes) $495.00 per athlete

Extended Day (individual) – $425.00

Team Rate (6 or more athletes) $400.00 per athlete
