October 2026
SJA ALUMNI AND FRIENDS IN COLORADO

October 18 & 19

Based on a suggestion from alumni in Colorado, we’re planning an alumni event centered around a concert at Red Rocks. As you can imagine, finding a concert that appeals to a wide range of musical interests can be a challenge. Because Grace Potter is a Vermonter, we landed on the Zac Brown Band with Grace Potter, performing on Monday, October 19, 2026.

We’re planning an alumni and friends gathering in Boulder, Colorado, on Sunday, October 18 (details to follow), as well as a tailgate event before the concert on October 19.

For those interested in attending the concert, we plan to sit in the General Admission section. Concert tickets will need to be purchased separately on your own. In order for folks to acquire tickets before the event sells out, we wanted to get this message out sooner rather than later.

We will share more details about the weekend over the next few weeks. Still, we wanted to pass along this information early for planning purposes, especially for those traveling from afar.

If you are interested in joining us in Boulder for an alumni event on Sunday, October 18, or in the tailgate and concert on October 19, please use this link to register so we can keep you updated on details as they become available.

The Giving Tree – An SJA Tradition

Every fall, just after we've changed our clocks and the afternoons are suddenly darker, a collection of white pieces of paper brightens the message board in the Ranger Hall breezeway. Each slip of paper has a person's age and what they would like for the holidays.
