ServSafe® Food Protection Manager

Earn the nationally-recognized ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification. Students will learn the importance of food safety and how to prevent the spread of pathogens in the flow of food from purchasing and receiving through serving and storing.
Registration for this course will close on October 16th. This is because important study guides must be distributed to all students. If you are just looking to retest and just need the 8 class hours and to test and do not need a book and diagnostic test a head of time, you can sign up for this course until October 27th. With over twenty years working in the restaurant industry, Chef Jeff Andre brought his skill and dedication in the field to St. Johnsbury Academy’s outstanding culinary arts program. He is an integral part of the team that trains St. Johnsbury Academy students to run the Hilltopper Restaurant.
