Everybody loves birthdays… and you can help make sure that every kid in our community can celebrate theirs! Senior Hannah Angell has partnered with NEKCA (Northeast Kingdom Community Action) and SCOPE to create “Birthday Bash” bags for underprivileged children in our community. We’ll be collecting items over the next month with the goal to create at least 100 birthday parties for area children. Drop off birthday donations like cake mix, frosting, candles, balloons, as well as birthday-themed plates, napkins, cutlery, or other decorations in either of the two “Birthday Bash” boxes — located in front of Mrs. Angell’s classroom, Streeter 240, and outside of Campus Life in Colby Hall. All donations — big and small — are welcome! Together, we can make every child’s birthday special. Thanks, St J!
