Dr. Jessica Seddon ’93 will be speaking about global warming.

The talk will be about a) how environmental change is creating new challenges for institutions and public policy, particularly for the nation-state concept and the global institutions built around them; and b) some of the initiatives that are starting to respond to these pressures. Basically a peek into a new geopolitics of the anthropocene that’s starting to emerge. It will draw on both Dr. Seddon’s research and professional/practitioner life.
