Hello everyone — thank you for a smooth opening to the school year. We also want to thank everyone for respecting the Streeter Beach expectations. We want to remind everyone that the space opens at 7:45 and closes at 3:45. The students have been great about keeping the noise down, and only bringing snacks and not food on plates from lunch. Thank you again and keep up the good effort.

Calling all students: the SJA library needs your feedback! We want to know: what is your favorite book? What authors do you adore? What subjects make your heart beat a bit faster?  Maybe you can’t resist a great Stephen King scary read. Perhaps you love those love stories. Or maybe you adore learning about construction, nature, the stars, or true crime. So many choices! Please check your SJA Labs email address for a brief survey. Your responses will help guide future book displays, provide valuable book recommendations to other readers, and even guide collection development. This library is here for you; help us make it the best it can be. And keep reading the good stuff!
