Present your family with a variety of delicious desserts this holiday season. Participants will master four tantalizing and unique desserts in this one-night workshop. Each student will bake and take home a chocolate mousse yule log, a cheesecake, truffles, petite fours and sticky buns.
St. Johnsbury Academy’s Certified Executive Chef Paula Bystrzycki, has been teaching culinary for more than twenty years. In her career she has trained countless St. Johnsbury Academy students for the national Skills USA culinary competition, and her students have won gold medals consecutively for years.
