Appreciating Educators — Personal Stories
As an update to our October 1st SJA Shining Star post, please enjoy these quotes of gratitude:
Caroline Roy Adams ’00 is a middle school math teacher at Barnet School in Barnet, Vermont. Jennifer Bearce Crown ’98 shared, “She collaborates with parents and students to make the best educational experience for everyone. She relates on any level with a variety of students who appreciate her taking the time to work through their challenges. Mrs. Adams deserves far more recognition than she gets and is the strong anchor in our middle school.”
“Amanda Ingram ’02, teaches fifth grade at Yu Ying Public Charter School, a PK-5 Mandarin immersion school, in Washington, DC. Although instruction is virtual at the moment, they are assuring all their students get quality instruction from both their English and their Chinese teachers.” -Anonymous
