Meet Trainer: Rich Plonski
Rich is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He also holds his USAW-1. He developed a passion for athletics and fitness through his own training for both hockey and lacrosse at a high school varsity, collegiate club, and junior levels. He also currently coaches Lacrosse at the St. Johnsbury Academy as well as youth programs in the summer. He enjoys helping clients of all levels learn about, focus on, and achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals weather athletic or personal wellness related.

Justin has a background as a United States Marine Corp strength and conditioning specialist responsible for implementation and support with U.S. military and allied forces and the development of a combat fitness regimen for foreign national usage. He lives in Danville and comes to Vermont from Florida. He is married and has two children and three dogs.

Meet Trainer: Julia Kearney
Julia is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Julia is a 2020 graduate of Northern Vermont University-Lyndon with a duel bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science: Health/Fitness Strength and Conditioning and Sport Management. Julia is an assistant softball coach at NVU-Lyndon and played on the team for two seasons. She strives to help the next generation of athletes succeed in the activities they love.

Meet Trainer: Evita Sandoval
A native of South Burlington VT, Evita attended Keene State College to study athletic training. While at Keene she focused her education on strength and conditioning and injury prevention. Upon completing college she returned to work in personal training in Chittenden county where she helped a variety of people reach goals ranging from weight loss to getting faster and stronger for sports. Evita also has a background in athletic training with college and high school athletics, has worked with Postural Restoration, Collegiate Strength and Conditioning, and injury prevention/treatment with junior elite skiers. She also specializes in ergonomics and injury prevention in the workplace. In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking, rock climbing, and sunrise hikes.
