Leadership Series 2022

 

Leadership is never easy, and leading through a pandemic has created new stressors. Study ways to maintain personal wellness as well as promote others’ wellbeing and sustain organizational growth. Gain tools for staying calm and staying connected. Explore ways to take care of yourself while communicating empathy for employees and building systems the organization needs.

 

This four-hour workshop is facilitated by Dr. Martha Dubuque whose extensive background in educational leadership includes over a decade of work as a principal in local schools and over 20 years experience as a highly-respected consultant and professional developer in the Northeast Kingdom.
