Constitutionalism in Peru and Chile at stake: neoliberalism and corruption as root causes of the political crisis in the Andean States
Natalia Torres Zuniga is a legal scholar with experience in constitutional law, international human rights, and critical legal studies. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Oslo (Norway), a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law from Spain, and a bachelor’s degree in law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She also has professional experience as a legal advisor in the Peruvian Constitutional Court, the National Parliament of Peru, and has served as a consultant for NGOs.
